We have transitioned entirely to sodium-ion battery years ago, if you’re experiencing issues with the old lithium batteries, there is no need to contact us, simply purchase the sodium-ion replacement program by covering essentially the shipping and regulatory government fee (tariff), there is no lithium pack currently still under warranty and we do not have any money left to give you a free pack.
