We are a team of scientists and engineers from Prius community committed to advancing the world toward a more sustainable future. Our journey began with a bold plan to transition from Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) batteries to Lithium-ion technology. While we achieved some notable successes—many customers have enjoyed over five years of reliable performance and significant fuel savings from our Lithium batteries—other instances fell short of our expectations. In some cases, customers experienced issues with batteries lasting less than two months.

These mixed results led us to seek a better alternative, prompting us to devote our efforts to research, testing, and developing the V3 Sodium-Ion Battery. This new solution is specifically engineered to withstand the most demanding environments. As of December 2023, we have strategically placed beta testers across Alaska, North Dakota, Texas, and Arizona, and the results have been remarkable. Customers who previously faced issues with both NiMH and Lithium batteries are now reporting no problems with the V3 Sodium-Ion battery. As of November 2024, NexPower stands as the leading—and possibly the only—company in the whole world successfully implementing high-powered sodium-ion battery technology in real-world applications.

We pride ourselves on our customer-first approach, which is reflected in how we operate. We do not have any investor, we do not engage in traditional advertising or employ a sales team. Instead, we rely on the positive word-of-mouth and referrals from thousands of satisfied customers worldwide.

While we faced significant challenges with our old lithium project, we firmly believe that the V3 Sodium-Ion battery represents a major breakthrough that will not only steer our company back on track but also position us as leaders in sustainable battery technology.
