Due to extreme financial challenges, we must strictly adhere to our warranty policy, For batteries purchased on or after March, 15 2023, the warranty coverage is as follows:
- Two years if installed by a NexPower-certified installer.
- One year for DIY self-installation.

Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, please email support@NexPowerEnergy.com with the following:
- High-resolution photos clearly showing all battery blades with copper busbars in view.
- High-resolution photos of the battery ECU connector, including all connector pins.
- Screenshots from any OBD2 app displaying error codes.
Once approved, you can purchase the replacement program which cover the following fees:
- International shipping (UPS) from China to the U.S.
- Domestic shipping (FedEx) from California to your address.
- Tariffs imposed by the U.S. government.
Essentially, you will receive a brand-new V3 sodium-ion battery pack from NexPower minus the shipping and government fee. This limited-time offer is our way of showing appreciation for your loyalty while ensuring our company's continued operation.
