- Two years if installed by a NexPower-certified installer.
- One year for DIY self-installation.

Simply purchase the out-of-warranty replacement program that cover the following fees:
- International shipping (UPS) from China to the U.S.
- Domestic shipping (FedEx) from California to your address.
- Tariffs imposed by the U.S. government.
- a small portion of the cost of the V3 sodium-ion battery
